🏢

Corporate Registration

Business license or certificate of incorporation matching the jurisdiction you're operating in. The entity name must match what you register with.

Once a deal is matched, both parties advance it through verification gates. Each stage requires specific documents to be submitted and reviewed before the deal can proceed.

ICPO / FCO Offer & Purchase Intent
  • Verified Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order or Firm Corporate Offer
  • Commodity, volume, price, and delivery terms clearly stated
  • Rejected if: advance-fee language, vague terms, or unverified issuer
Proof of Funds Financial Capacity
  • Bank-confirmed proof of funds, dated within 30 days
  • Must be from the buyer's own bank — not a broker chain or intermediary
  • Rejected if: third-party bank statements or unverifiable documents
Logistics & Title Allocation & Authority
  • Confirmed product allocation with title authority documentation
  • Terminal access agreement or vessel nomination with AIS-verified IMO number
  • Rejected if: unverifiable allocation or AIS mismatch
Title & Settlement Payment & Close
  • MT103 / SWIFT confirmation for payment wire
  • Title transfer documentation and both parties confirm completion
  • Rejected if: payment redirect requests or amended beneficiary details
🛡️

Why this matters: These requirements exist to protect both parties. Deals with incomplete documentation, unverified counterparties, or advance-fee structures are automatically flagged and cannot proceed. Legitimate counterparties who prepare these documents upfront close deals faster.
