BarrelBridge is a verified-counterparty platform. Every participant submits documentation upfront, and every deal passes through staged verification gates. Here's what to prepare before you register.
These documents are required during registration and broker verification. Have them ready before you create your account.
Business license or certificate of incorporation matching the jurisdiction you're operating in. The entity name must match what you register with.
Signatory documentation for the person authorizing deals. If the legal representative and signatory are different people, a Power of Attorney (POA) is required.
You must register with a corporate email address on your company's domain. Personal webmail (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) is not accepted.
Banking information must be in the name of the presenting entity. Third-party payment accounts, nominee accounts, and payment redirects are not permitted.
Once a deal is matched, both parties advance it through verification gates. Each stage requires specific documents to be submitted and reviewed before the deal can proceed.
Why this matters: These requirements exist to protect both parties. Deals with incomplete documentation, unverified counterparties, or advance-fee structures are automatically flagged and cannot proceed. Legitimate counterparties who prepare these documents upfront close deals faster.
If you have the required documentation ready, create your account and get your broker verification badge to start trading.
