Stop scrolling WhatsApp. BarrelBridge finds and scores counterparties automatically — while you focus on the conversation that closes.
Sellers post available product with type, volume, price, and location. Buyers post what they need. Takes 60 seconds. Your contact info stays private until you're matched.
~ 1 minuteOur engine scores every listing–request pair across 4 dimensions: product type, price tolerance, volume fit, and location proximity. Only ≥60-point matches get surfaced.
~ 8 minutes avg.You receive an email with your match. Review, negotiate, upload your SCO/Procedure documents, and move through the deal pipeline: Negotiating → Under Contract → Closed.
< 24 hours to closeTraditional listing sites show you everything and help you with nothing. BarrelBridge actively connects you with your best-fit counterparty.
Every listing–request pair is algorithmically scored across product match, price tolerance, volume fit, and location proximity. You only get notified on quality matches — no noise, no spray-and-pray.
Score ≥ 60 to surfaceBrokers submit tax ID, business registration, and LinkedIn before posting. Document gating on deals means SCO and Procedure letters stay locked until both parties are ready to move.
Vetted brokers onlyThe oil & gas market is global. BarrelBridge is fully bilingual — every page, every email, every deal notification — so language is never the reason a deal doesn't get done.
EN / ES toggleNo subscription. No listing fee. No hidden markup. You pay $1.00 per barrel only when a deal closes. Traditional brokers charge 5–8% and tell you at the last minute. We post it before you list.
Only pay on closeEvery matched deal produces standardized SCO and Procedure documents. Here's exactly what they contain — fictional data, real format.
Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) with full commodity specs, pricing, logistics terms, and 7-step transaction procedure. EN590 10ppm example.
Seller's non-binding offer with full product specs, commercial terms, payment conditions, and acceptance procedure. D2 Diesel example.
Three questions every broker asks before their first listing.
Every listing–request pair is scored across four dimensions, equally weighted:
Product Match — type, spec, and grade alignment (e.g., EN590 10ppm vs. EN590 50ppm are different products). Price Tolerance — how much the buyer's budget and the seller's ask overlap. Volume Fit — whether available volume falls within the buyer's min–max range. Location Proximity — port, delivery basis, and logistics match.
A score of 60 or higher surfaces the match and triggers email notification to both parties. Below 60, neither party is bothered.
When a match is made, both parties receive an email notification. From there, deals move through four stages:
Matched → Both parties are introduced via the deal dashboard. Negotiating → You advance the deal to signal active discussion. Under Contract → SCO and Procedure documents are uploaded — gated here until both parties are ready. Closed → Deal confirmed. Congratulations emails go out to both sides.
If a deal stalls for 3+ days, BarrelBridge automatically nudges both parties so nothing falls through the cracks.
Free to list. Free to match. Free to negotiate. You pay only when a deal closes.
Commission is $1.00 per barrel on closed deals — posted transparently before you ever post a listing. No subscription, no monthly fee, no hidden markup. Traditional brokers charge 5–8% and tell you the number at closing. BarrelBridge tells you before you start.
